READY TO SHIP WIGS:
PLEASE ALLOW 3-5 DAY PAYMENT PROCESSING TIME BEFORE ORDERS ARE SHIPPED. AMBROISE BOUTIQUE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR UNITS NOT FITTING PROPERLY DUE TO THE SELECTING OF AN INCORRECT CAP SIZE AT YOUR TIME OF ORDER. PLEASE REFER TO OUR CHART, WHICH YOU CAN FIND WITH EACH WIG'S PRODUCT PAGE.
PRE-ORDER, CUSTOMIZED WIGS & CUSTOM COLORED WIGS:
PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 15 DAYS AFTER A 3-5 DAY PAYMENT PROCESSING TIME, FOR CUSTOM WIG ORDERS AND PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS TO BE FULFILLED (PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS INCLUDE SIGNATURE WIGS, U-PART WIGS, PONYTAIL, CLIP-INS). CUSTOM COLORED WIGS, WILL BE CLOSE BUT NOT EXACTLY THE SAME. EACH COLORED UNIT IS UNIQUE AS IT IS HAND COLORED. WE TRY OUR BEST TO STAY CONSISTENT WITH OUR TONES AND PLACEMENT OF COLORS HOWEVER, NATURALLY THE OUTCOME WONT BE 100 PERCENT IDENTICAL. IF, BEFORE CONSTRUCTION, OUR WIG DESIGNER IS UNABLE TO FULFILL YOUR CUSTOM ORDER, YOU WILL BE REFUNDED YOUR FULL AMOUNT.
PROCESSING AND SHIPMENT:
ACCESSORIES, BEAUTY PRODUCTS AND "READY TO SHIP" WIGS WILL BE SHIPPED AFTER A 3-5 DAY PROCESSING TIME. PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 15 DAYS AFTER A 3-5 DAY PAYMENT PROCESSING TIME, FOR PRE-ORDER WIGS, PONYTAIL AND CLIP-IN ORDERS TO BE FULFILLED. NEXT DAY SHIPPING WILL BE FULFILLED AFTER PAYMENT IS PROCESSED.
AMBROISE BOUTIQUE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ORDERS DELIVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS DUE TO CUSTOMER NEGLIGENCE. TO ENSURE YOUR PACKAGE IS DELIVERED TO THE PROPER LOCATION, WE ADVISE YOU TO MAKE SURE YOUR ADDRESS IN ENTERED PROPERLY AND CORRECTLY BEFORE CONFIRMING YOUR ORDER. ALL PACKAGES ARE INSURED BY SHIPPING CARRIER AND WE REQUIRE SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION FOR ALL ORDERS OVER $50.

REFUND POLICY: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. DUE TO THE NATURE OF OUR PRODUCTS, WE CAN NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS. EACH UNIT IS SPECIALLY MADE TO EACH ORDER, THEREFORE WE CAN NOT ACCEPT RETURNS UNLESS IT IS FOR AN ADJUSTMENT IN COLOR, OR ADDING/REMOVING DENSITY, AND CHARGES MAY APPLY.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER: IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL AN ORDER ALREADY PLACED, YOU MAY ONLY DO SO WITHIN 24 HOURS AFTER ORIGINAL PURCHASE DATE, ONLY IF THE ITEM HAS NOT ALREADY BEEN SHIPPED. AFTER 24 HOUR OR IF THE ITEM IS SHIPPED, IT FALLS UNDER OUR "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" POLICY.
WIG ADJUSTMENTS: IF AN ADJUSTMENT IS NEEDED IN REGARDS REINFORCEMENT OF WIG COMPONENTS, YOU MAY RETURN THE UNIT FOR ADJUSTMENT AND REINFORCING, AND WE WILL RETURN THE UNIT BACK TO CUSTOMER. IF IT IS WITHIN A WEEK OF PURCHASE, THESE ADJUSTMENT WILL BE FREE, BUT CUSTOMER MUST COVER ALL SHIPPING COSTS. IF THIS SERVICE IS ANY TIME AFTER, IT IS CONSIDERED A MAINTENANCE SERVICE AND WILL BE CHARGED AS SUCH.
